Room Rental


Weekday Rate .........$2,500

Grand Hall Rental - Friday Rate ..........$3,500

Grand Hall Rental - Sunday Rate ..........$3,000

Our room rental rate is an inclusive price, which covers the setup, management, and teardown for an event. Includes tables, chairs and the dance floor. 


All rental schedules include a three hour preparation period, five hours of event runtime, and two hours of post-event cleanup. Do note, that setup and clean-up time are strictly for event preparation/teardown. No event guests, other than those directly responsible for event prep, are allowed in the venue.


Damage Deposit ..........$1,000


Fully Refundable damage deposit, assuming no damage to the facility.

Non-Alcoholic Refreshments..........$8 per person


Your event runtime will include 2 servers trained on non-alcoholic drink presentation. Your guests will have the option to choose from our selection of sodas, iced tea, punch and lemonade.

Beer, Wine and Champagne Package..........$20 per person


For a modest approach to bar services, our beer and wine package is your perfect entry into alcoholic services that don't break the bank. This package includes:


* House-Choice Wine (2 red and 2 white wine) 

* House Choice Domestic Beer (2 varieties)

* Non-Alcoholic Beverages which includes sodas, iced tea, punch, lemonade and Mixers, complimentary.


1 Complimentary Bartender  

(Additional bartenders for $150 are required for events over 100 in attendance)


$20 the first 4 hours per person, $7 per extra hour per person.

NorCal Security Services: the original, the best. Our partnership with NorCal security services has lasted as long as The Center at 2300 has been in service. Allow their expertise to bring your event peace of mind and allow you and your guests to focus on what truly matters: having a blast all event long.


Pricing is set on a 8 hour period. Includes 1 hour of coverage before an event, 5 hours during, and 1 hour after to ensure complete protection of you and your guests.


Events with alcohol need one guard per 50 guests in attendance.


Events without alcohol need one guard per 70 guests in attendance.
